As he approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it and said, “If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace—but now it is hidden from your eyes.

Luke 19:41-42

This passage of scripture reminds us that you looked over the ones you loved and wept over them. Despite your grace and mercy, they ended up in a situation where they would reject you, their King of glory.

PRAYER: Lord, sin hurts. Sin hurts when we engage in it, and it hurts to see others engaged in it. It can cause great separation, especially when one is walking in darkness and the other in light. Despite the differences of opinion, feelings, beliefs, bring my loved ones out of their sinful circumstances. In the Name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
