“ He who tills his land will be satisfied with bread, But he who follows frivolity is devoid of understanding.”

Proverbs 12:11

This is a reminder about being productive and diligent with the things that God has given you. In the social media era, we get caught up with what others may have, not looking at the process or sacrifices they made to get there. Sometimes, the grass only SEEMS greener because you are not the one devoting your time and attention to it. We tend to pay more attention to the product and overlook the process.

We must pay attention to our own grass, cultivating it with a heart of gratitude. In due season, we will reap if we faint not.

CHALLENGE: Focus on the things that God has given you. Assess yourself. Have you been a good steward of everything he has placed in your hands? What can you do to change it? What help might you need from him?
