And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”

PRAYER: Today, I praise you with my mouth. You are God alone. There is no one else who deserves your glory. You have chosen to respond to man’s sin by giving your Son to this sinful world. Today, we praise you for being so gracious and loving to us. There are no words adequate enough to express our gratitude for your gift. Thank you for your goodwill toward men. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
